Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GiftBargains4u.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We also accept payment through the PayPal gateway as we are PayPal certified. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product from the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy

GiftBargains4u.com offers FREE shipping via UPS Ground on all orders over $75 shipped within the continental USA. Of course, if you'd rather pay for expedited shipping, just contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

*Please Note: We will ONLY ship to an address that is on record with your credit provider and a signature of someone living at that address MUST sign for your package.

Shipping Time

Orders submitted through the online shopping cart are processed and shipped via standard UPS Ground Service. This allows us to keep our shipping costs at a minimum and we pass on the savings to you with low prices. Depending on your location and proximity to the west coast, the delivery process can range from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 14 business days. If a product is found to be out of stock, it may be shipped directly from the manufacturers. At all times we will notify you if this will occur. Please note that customized products may require additional shipping time. If you are faxing or mailing in an order form and paying with a check, your order will be processed upon clearance of the check funds. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed shipments beyond our control or missed anniversary dates or events. When ordering for special holidays (for example: Hannukah, Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter), please allow sufficient time for the merchandise to arrive before all holidays.

Product Packaging

Our return/exchange policy requires that all items must be in their original packaging. For this reason we strongly advise that you keep all packaging for the full duration of your warranty period.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-2 business days. However, there may be times when the manufacturer is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. This is beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You will always be given the option to remain on back order. You may cancel your back order at any time prior to shipping. Items on back order can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery. Order Cancellation Cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by sending us an email, calling us or using our online contact form. Orders canceled after they have already been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by GiftBargains4u.com.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus shipping charges (if applicable).

Taxes

State laws mandate that we charge a sales tax where GiftBargains4u.com conducts business. We conduct business in Florida and California. Individuals and corporations from outside of these two states are not charged a sales tax. To customers residing in states not charged a sales tax, please note that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use tax" for internet purchases. It is not our obligation or responsibility to collect this "use tax" from you, and we alert our customers regarding this possibility just as a common courtesy. This tax law applies to overall purchases you might make on the Internet, and not just at GiftBargains4u.com. If you require further information, please contact your state's tax authorities and inquire about "use tax for internet purchases."

Exchanges

We will only accept the exchange of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by GiftBargains4u.com. Refunds Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 25% re-stocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by GiftBargains4u.com) only if they have not been installed, damaged, used or modified in any way. All refunds must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by GiftBargains4u.com. All refunds are subject to a full inspection before any refund is given.

Warranty

Warranty is for exchange only. No refunds will be issued on products that have already been installed or damaged in any way. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by GiftBargains4u.com.

**When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with your personal RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Products received without a valid RGA and original packaging will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer with all claims. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for issuance of your RGA number. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return or exchange once it has been received at the warehouse.

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect and meticulously package all products prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged you must sign for the shipment as 'received damaged'. The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged item. After signing for and receiving the part, contact us and we will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your order number ready.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GiftBargains4u.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GiftBargains4u.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GiftBargains4u.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
